Ask A Capper – Custom Button Mapping Petition
Clicking the picture below will take you straight to the petition (and there’s more info there as well).

Chuck Bittner over at AskACapper.com is a disabled gamer and stand up comedian. He is an amazing gamer and comedian. He doesn’t let his disability keep him away from what he loves. Improvisation is a wonderful thing in life!
These days, video games don’t allow for custom controls. They may have a few variants here and there, but it still isn’t enough. Games need custom button mapping due to the fact that not everyone has full use of all 8 fingers and 2 thumbs. I’ve always wondered what I would do if I were to go blind, or lose a hand, or something along those lines. I know that if that were to happen, I would sure as hell find a way to keep on doing what I love. Whether it’s using a controller with my feet, or even playing rhythm games based off what I hear.
Alright, so Chuck has a petition up. The petition is to encourage developers to incorporate custom button mapping in video games. There are over 2500 signatures up already and rising. If you would like to sign the petition, you can find it HERE. I would like to thank my good friend Kreyg from Hot Blooded Gaming for introducing me to Chuck and the cause. I really hope to see you all sign it and pass it on to your friends.

Totally support custom mapping, coming from PC it kind of sucks to see such a limitation to what developers “feel would provide the best experience.”

I have a fully blind friend… of course I support anything with gaming and the disabled.
